After researching various venues around Suffolk to view whilst on a trip to visit family- Bruisyard Estate was on our initial list.

From the outset, the personal, detailed and warming response we had from the venue already had us interested- and after visiting Bruisyard in person, we immediately cancelled all our other appointments and booked instantly!

One of the main selling points for us, was the ability to use the Hall for a multi-day event, which allowed Niks family from Australia and Rachels from the UK to finally all meet and spend some quality time together.

When it came to planning and working through the finer details of planning the wedding, which required us to arrange Skype calls that co-ordinated the time difference, we found the team at Brusiyard were always one step ahead of us in terms of questions we had! We honestly could not have asked for a better team to work with to plan our special day, and we cannot thank the Bruisyard team enough for making the planning, co-ordination and wedding day run as smoothly as possible.

We loved being able to have a cocktail reception after the ceremony in the beautiful gardens of the estate, and the food was incredible, especially the addition of late night pizzas after a day of partying!

What started as a wedding, turned into a 4 day celebration with some of our closest friends and family, with our pre-wedding drinks and dinner in the Hall, and recovery BBQ in the garden extending the festivities even longer. We genuinely will never forget the amazing time we had for our Wedding at Bruisyard Country Estate, and are already planning an excuse to book the venue for an event in the future!
